BLACK CUMIN - IMMUNITY, FIBER + OMEGA 3 and 6
Aromatic and intensely black nigella seeds (Nigella sativa) are characteristic of the Middle East.
Black cumin, as nigella is also known, is a tasty spice in Middle Eastern and Indian cuisine.
Purella nigella comes from India, is suitable for vegans and naturally gluten-free.
Discover nigella
Nigella is a source of thiamine, or vitamin B1, which contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. In addition, the vitamin C, iron and zinc contained in it help maintain the normal functioning of the immune system.
It should also be added that nigella contains a high amount of dietary fiber and is a source of protein.
Add nigella to your diet
Just a pinch of nigella seeds is enough to give a dish a distinctive flavor. Black cumin tastes slightly spicy and bitter. Before adding it to bread or curry dishes, gently toast it in a pan.
You can also add nigella to cottage cheese, smoothies, soups and main dishes. However, mix the seeds with honey beforehand.
