EXPRESS CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS for 4 servings:

Filling: 

• 200 g ground cheese
• 100 g mascarpone cheese
• 300 ml heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon PURELLA acai berries

Base: 

• 150 g cocoa biscuits
• 4 tablespoons PURELLA cocoa powder
• 1 handful of PURELLA sea buckthorn
• 1 handful of PURELLA goji berries

1. Whip the cream until stiff. 
2. Mix the white cheese with the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and acai berries.
3. Add 2/3 of the whipped cream and mix.
4. Crush the biscuits, mix with the cocoa, and place the “base” at the bottom of glasses.
5. Then add a layer of the cheese mixture and top it with a spoonful of whipped cream
6. Sprinkle the cheesecakes with sea buckthorn and goji berries.
