GREEN GINGERBREAD COOKIES
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 40 PIECES
- 300 g wheat flour + flour for dusting the dough while rolling
- 150 ml honey
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 50 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice (ingredients: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, anise)
- 1 tablespoon PURELLA chlorella
- 1 tablespoon PURELLA moringa
Preparation
- Mix very soft butter with flour, powdered sugar, and honey on a work surface. Add baking powder, egg, spices, moringa, and chlorella.
- Quickly knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out fairly thickly – about 0.5 cm (the thinner the dough, the harder the gingerbread cookies). Dust it with flour so it doesn't stick to the work surface. Cut out the gingerbread cookies.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
Icing option
To prepare the icing, sift the powdered sugar into a bowl, add lemon juice, and mix. Heat the mixture. If the icing is too runny, add more sugar; if it is too thick, add more juice. Decorate the baked gingerbread cookies with the finished icing.
