EXPRESS MANGO ICE CREAM

Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 tablespoon of PURELLA LUCUM
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint
Preparation
- Peel the mango, cut it into large pieces and put it in a blender
- Add the frozen bananas, lucum and lemon juice
- Blend until the ingredients are combined and you have a delicious creamy sorbet
- Serve the sorbet immediately after blending, sprinkled with mint leaves
